5 common mistakes people make when searching for their next career adventure.
You’ve had it, that end of year performance review really did not recognise your contribution, that salary increase was pathetic… do they think you work for the love of it? They just keep throwing more and more at you and nothing seems to drop off the list of responsibilities. It’s same the old thing, do more with fewer people and resources.
You’re considering your options and the time is now, you have had enough, surely there has to be something out there. I’m here to tell you that there absolutely is and to give you a head start by sharing some common career journey mistakes that I and numerous of my clients made before coming to see me.

Or I would find something else in my business to priorities and there was even a time when I told myself not now your highlights need doing and you have a spot coming up on your face! There was always a reason not to. Then I realised what I was doing, I was procrastinating. When we find ourselves procrastinating it will tend to be due to either not knowing how to do something or because of a fear. I was scared, the fear was kicking in and I saw that what I needed was to coach myself out of this situation.
Here are the 3 steps I took to overcome my fear and you can adapt these to any situation when your fears are getting in the way of you taking action.
